groepsverband waarbij we bijeenkomen op een nader te bepalen locatie in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel of directe omgeving<\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"NL\">online in groepsverband<\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"NL\">individueel<\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"NL\">in-company trainingen zijn ook mogelijk (kosten in overleg)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Als je nog niet toe bent aan een MBSR-training van acht bijeenkomsten is deelnemen aan een introductietraining mindfulness van drie weken ook mogelijk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
