Het leerdoel is om leerlingen vaardigheden aan te leren die zij kunnen inzetten om:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zich rustiger, meer tevreden en gelukkiger te voelen<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sociaal vaardiger te worden<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zich beter te kunnen concentreren en zo effici\u00ebnter te kunnen leren<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">te leren omgaan met stress en (faalangst).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het programma bestaat uit negen lessen die aaneengesloten of verdeeld over het schooljaar of verschillende leerjaren worden aangeboden (bijvoorbeeld tijdens mentorlessen of studiebegeleidingsuren).<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Voortgezet onderwijs examenleerlingen<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor examenleerlingen vanaf 16 jaar kan het mindfulness voor jongeren programma van David Dewulf bestaande uit 8 lessen worden aangeboden. Dit programma is gebaseerd op het protocol van de MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reductie)-training doorJon Kabat-Zinn en aangevuld met elementen uit het mindfulnessprogramma zoals opgesteld door Segal, Mark, Williams en Teasdale. De aandachtsoefeningen, voorbeelden en literatuurfragmenten zijn gericht op de belevingswereld van jongeren.
