Daarnaast verzorg ik ook introductie\/voorlichtingsbijeenkomsten en workshops over mindfulness voor o.a. scholen en pati\u00ebntenverenigingen. Je bent niet de enige die tegen dingen aanloopt.<\/li><\/ul><p>Over de trainer:<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Carla is empathisch, heeft een fijne stem tijdens de oefeningen, is enthousiast en inspirerend en luistert goed naar de input van de deelnemers.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Carla is sensitief, rustig en praktisch. Ze zorgt voor de kennismaking met de stilte in jezelf.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Carla heeft kennis van zaken, een prettige stem en weet een veilige sfeer te cre\u00ebren om open te zijn als je dat wil en leert jou jezelf accepteren.<\/li><li>Carla is een prettige trainer.
